Dog Skills & Social Hour at NEW Ales Each Month @10:30am
Join us each month for a fun, practical dog training session before the taproom opens. Led by experienced trainer Reil Becker, these one-hour classes focus on positive, sustainable methods to strengthen the bond between you and your pup.

What to Bring:
-6’ fixed-length leash and flat collar (no retractables or harnesses)
-Training tools you're comfortable with — no tool shaming

Yes, you read that correctly! We are teaming up with MidPointe Library Middletown to put on our very own adult Spelling Bee to be held in the taproom! To compete, you will grab a team of 4, create your name, and come early to register your team! Only 20 teams will be able to compete. Once we are filled, we cannot take any other teams.
We’re excited to cohost Drafts & Drafts with Crooked Dog Comics on the 3rd Saturday of every month! January 17th kicks things off with a Lord of the Rings Cube Draft for Magic: The Gathering. Draft from a custom cube built entirely from Tales of Middle-earth cards and enjoy a fun, themed MTG experience—perfect for seasoned players and Tolkien fans alike. Chili Cook Off with Oscar Mayer Wienermobile and Crooked Dog Comics

Warm up with our Chili Cook-Off, co-hosted with Crooked Dog Comics, at N.E.W. Ales Brewing on Sunday, February 1st at 1pm (1330 Manchester Ave., Middletown). From 1–3pm, guests will taste and vote for their favorite chili, with the winner receiving a N.E.W. Ales Brewing gift card.
Plus, enjoy a special visit from the Oscar Mayer Wienermobile with photo ops, stickers, weenie whistles, and more! Craft beer will be flowing, with possible surprise food offerings.
