Our N.E.W. Biergarten Opens 5/22!!

N.E.W. Biergarten Open!

The day you all have been anxiously awaiting is here… starting tomorrow(Friday)!!! =) Our Biergarten will be open to the public! During this pandemic, we have taken the time to get it completely ready for you to come and enjoy. If you are looking for a relaxing, open, and inviting environment with a great beer selection, look no further! We are also allowing outside food to be brought in from other area establishments, a few of our local favorites are Bourbons Kitchen, the Slice, Don’s Pizza, and the Swire Inn, as well as many other great restaurants in the area. For now, we are going to keep our indoor taproom seating closed. We will let you know when this changes.

Regulations

That being said, we do have to take a moment to get serious and discuss our operations and protocols that we have put in place. Some extra steps we have implemented in order to keep the brewery safe for everyone are that we are cleaning all high traffic areas frequently to ensure cleanliness. As well, we have made contactless pay available in the taproom, which has been a great addition. If you choose to come out and enjoy the finally warm and nice weather this weekend with us, we ask that you follow these requirements:

  • Find your seat first in the Biergarten. Enter through the front of the building to place an order and provide a card to start a tab. You will come inside to get your reorders and you will need to come inside before you leave to close your tab.

  • Please remain seated when holding any food or drinks.

  • No parties of more than 7 people.

  • We will not be allowing dogs until the restrictions have been lowered, and we feel comfortable allowing them. But, we can assure you they will be allowed in the future. We will keep you posted the moment this changes!

  • Please maintain a distance of 6 feet between parties when in line to get a table, in the Biergarten, and in the brewery.

  • Please do not move tables and chairs from the current arrangements.

  • If symptomatic, please do not enter the establishment. These symptoms may include one or more of the following: cough, shortness of breath/difficulty breathing, fever, chills, muscle pain, headache, and/or sore throat.

If you come to visit our Biergarten, please make sure you are aware of these restrictions and regulations. Unfortunately, we are held responsible for making sure everyone is following these rules set by the state, so if you are unable to follow them, we will have to ask you to leave. Hopefully we will not have to worry about this, and you can all enjoy being able to get outside and do what you came to do, try AMAZING BREWS! =) We will also continue to do walk-ins for growler fills, as well as curbside pick up. If you are in need of curbside pick up, please call ahead to 937-823-9716 to let us know what you would like to order and when you have arrived at the brewery.

Brewery Hour Changes

Now moving on from the serious stuff, we will be changing our hours this weekend. We will open this Friday, May 22nd from 6pm-9pm, and Saturday, May 23rd from 12pm-9pm. These hours and days are not set in stone yet, but just to get an idea of what works best for our customers. Since this will be our first weekend being open EVER as a new brewery, we ask for your patience with us figuring out the kinks between being new, as well as with all the protocols in place that are constantly changing, and we appreciate all the support we have received thus far from our customers. We would not be able to do this without each of you!

N.E.W. BREWS

Also, we have two newer beers that have been placed on tap! Our first N.E.W. brew is our Flippin’ Fruit Tart Plum Sour. Sweet, but also with an acidic spark, Flippin’ Fruit Tart Plum Sour gives a punch that is the best of both worlds. This refreshingly, light beer gives just the right amount of sweetness and tart punch to satisfy during those hot summer days. This went on tap last weekend and it has quickly turned into several of our customers’ favorites! Next, something you have not seen from us yet, is our Post Mow Lawn Kolsch! Don’t ya just love puns? In traditional German style, this light, crisp easy drinking Kolsch weighs in at only 4.2 ABV. Perfect for drinking after mowing the lawn on a hot, summer day, or just for relaxing and enjoying a nice Biergarten. Prost!

If you are having a hard time trying to decide which beer to order, we are now offering flights too!! Or feel free to ask about any of the beers on tap, and we will be happy to answer any questions you may have!

THANK YOU!

Whew! If you have made it this far, thank you! Thank you all for your patience. Thank you for your kind words of support, and thank you for helping us spread the word about N.E.W. Ales!! We are so beyond excited to be able to finally open our doors and invite you into our Biergarten! Cheers!
